Joy Munoz and Jan Pierce founded this unique and innovative personal shopping, errand running, organizing and property management business, Twin Perks. They assist people to save time, ease stress and shorten their clients' lists during the day.

Joy Munoz Joy Munoz
Joy worked over 20 years in a career as a sales executive for large, international transportation companies. After many corporate relocations across the U.S. with her husband, she has reinvented herself with a variety of professions. Joy taught English as a second language to adults. She worked in a health center in a large Atlanta hospital with women who suffered from cancer, introducing and fitting them with products to make them look and feel better. Recently returning to New England, she has delved into selling real estate. Joy has accomplished all of this while raising a family, maintaining and running her home. Joy's experience with relocating has taught her organization, efficiency and sharp research into the best professionals, services and prices available. Joy has a B.A. in business management and languages.

Jan Pierce
Jan has managed both residential and commercial real estate for over 20 years. The properties have ranged from retail, apartments and commercial office space. In addition her work experience has led her to project management in construction. An avid equestrienne, Jan has owned and managed private and boarding properties. Her expertise and passion with horses spans over 25 years. She's married with grown children. Jan continues her education in construction. She has a master's degree from Suffolk University.

Joy and Jan set a tone of camaraderie, consistent quality service to clients and a sense of humor.

 

The Scoop
Twins Joy and Jan are as close today as they were growing up. Joy has been actively involved in real estate, sales and marketing and women's health. Jan has worked many years in commercial and residential property management, project management and equestrian care and activities. These areas of expertise involve customer service, attention to detail, compassion, integrity and commitment. They've joined forces to start what they think are an excellent combination of services.
